FEE SCHEDULE
Hourly Rate
OT’s to bill by 15 minute blocks (0.25 units)
$160/ hour
Initial Assessment
1 hour of assessment time and 30 minutes of documentation including treatment plan. Client to receive documentation which includes outline of service.

Subsequent Visit
50 hours of treatment time - 10 minutes of documentation - 1 hour for $160

Group Classes
1 hour for $80 per client

Indirect Care Time
Will be billed at the hourly rate. Indirect care time includes but is not limited to resource creation, liaising with other professionals, professional recommendation letters
Phone calls, activities and consultations lasting under 5 minutes will not be billed.

Cancellation Fee
Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee
